About Us
Warp Pipe was founded in early July of 2003 by Chad Paulson with the intent of allowing all LAN-enabled Nintendo GameCube games to be played over the Internet. Since the birth of the Internet, Nintendo fans have been able to congregate and share their passion for gaming and the deep Nintendo culture that dates back to Donkey Kong. With the advent of Warp Pipe, Nintendo fans can take their online community to the next level by sharing the raw Nintendo experience that is playing great video games. No longer will you have to worry about friends who may have lost interest in video games, as Warp Pipe both extends and redefines the online community of Nintendo fans. We are dedicated to bringing you the most comprehensive and easy to use solution to bring your GameCube online and experience a whole new opportunity to share the Nintendo experience.

Chad Paulson: Founder / Product and Project Manager
Chad is responsible for defining the feature set, functionality, and GUI (Graphical User Interface) for each release. In managing the development team, he sets development milestones, prioritizes bugs and feature requests, assures uniform user experience across all platforms, and allocates the resources needed to overcome any problems the team may face. He also serves as a liaison, managing outside resources and bringing their work into the project whenever necessary.

Nathan Ford: Lead Daemon Developer
Nathan is responsible for the heart of Warp Pipe, the daemon, which is the core network code that allows Nintendo fans to connect their GameCubes and play together over the Internet. He maintains this code base across all four distribution platforms and has been responsible for innovating support for wireless network setups, the ability to automatically detect the proper network card the GameCube is connect to, and the implementation of auto port forwarding.

Tushar Singh: Windows GUI / Server Developer
Tushar is responsible for developing the Windows GUI (Graphical User Interface) and the application server which will connect all Warp Pipe clients (starting with version 0.4) and allow for instant messaging, chat, buddy list, and gaming match-making at the simple click of a button. He serves as a driving force, always pushing for excellence and helping out others on the team.

Peter Osborne: Linux / Mac GUI Developer
Peter is responsible for developing and maintaining the Macintosh, Linux, and BSD GUIs (Graphical User Interface) code base. With the addition of Peter, the Warp Pipe development team is able to deploy their application across all of the major operating systems, allowing for an intuitive and uniform user experience no matter what operating system you may be using.
